Membership Renewal Guide

Renewal FAQ

Membership renewal is the process of submitting both the renewal form and applicable payment of dues by the annual renewal deadline of March 31 to maintain membership status and benefits (applicable to practicing and non-practicing members).

Logging In

How do I log in to the renewal system, also known as SPD?

  • Some members have created an independent account with Service New Brunswick (SNB) for access to the online renewal system. If you created an SNB account, please use this login information to renew online.
  • Some GNB or RHA employees may use their existing work username and password to access the renewal system.

If you already created an account with SNB, you will need to use the username and password you created with Service New Brunswick in order to log into your SPD account OR use your existing SNB username and password to access your SPD account.

If it’s your first time creating your SNB account, please visit the following link. After you are finished, you will receive a 9-digit account number. Please inform the Association of this number in order for us to activate your SPD account.

Once your account has been activated, you will be able to log in to your SPD account and renew your membership online.

What if I forgot my password?

If you have a Service New Brunswick account and you have forgotten your password, visit this link and click on ‘Forgot Password’.

For additional assistance with your account, please contact SNB at: 1-888-832-2762.
