NBASW Summer Student Position (8 weeks)
The NBASW is fortunate to have secured funding from Employment and Social Development Canada to hire a summer student! This 8 week position will be based from the NBASW office in Fredericton. Eligible candidates include young people aged 15 to 30 years who are full-time students intending to return to their studies in the next school year.
The student position will involve photographing NB social workers, with the goal of building up a database of high quality photos that can be used for the Association’s promotional materials and social media.
Full time (35 hours per week) for 8 weeks. $12 per hour. Hours would typically be 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
The student will be supervised by an NBASW staff member, who will oversee the student's work plan for the summer but on a day to day basis the student will be encouraged to work with a high level of independence. The student's input and creative suggestions are encouraged!
